Comments On Our Mobile Communication Methods

Although our affiliates are primarily involved the the automotive industry, more specifically; BMW, we wanted to make a quick post in regards to our mobile communication methods. During our communication efforts, we have primarily used text messages to reach our opted-in audience, but we have begun to test out a less invasive form of mobile communication called ringless voicemail. BMW Unveils New Brand Logo

With every successive geneartion, BMW has updated their brand in the form af a new logo which represents current, and projected, ideals of the company. As of today, BMW has unveiled their latest rendition of their brand logo. As pictured below, the updated BMW logo represents the current generation. According to Jens Thiemer, Senior Vice President of the BMW Customer Brand, this updated logo is representative of a younger generation who are digital natives. Additionally, Thiemer stated this update also represents brand mobility and the joy of driving in the future. In addition to an updated BMW logo, the "i" and "M" sub-brand also received their latest renditions which reflect similar ideals as mentioned previously. BMW Plans for 10 New Models in Two Years

Based on direction from the new president of BMW M, Markus Flasch, information regarding ten new vehicle models was recently unveiled. According to Flasch, the new models will be from both the M and M Performance vehicle families. The next vehicle scheduled to be unveiled is the 2020 BMW M2 CS which will be revealed very soon. Additionally, the previously unveiled BMW M8 Coupe will be available at dealerships early next year in both Convertible and Gran Coupe models. The previously mentioned vehicles are only a small selection of planned new releases. For a complete breakdown of what to expect in the next two years, we have compiled a list of all of the new BMW M model vehicles scheduled for production in 2020 and 2021. BMW X5 M & X6 M Revealed

At the conclusion of the 2019 DTM racing season, the BMW X5 M and X6 M were revealed at the Hockenheimring circuit. The vehicles presented to audience members were the stunning competition models. Both the BMW X5 M and X6 M will boast an impressive 625 horse-power which makes them the most powerful BMW production vehicles to date.. According to BMW, the standard M models feature a 0-60 time of 3.9 seconds while the M version of both vehicles achieves the same speed in 3.8 seconds. BMW Wireless Charging Available in California

In a pilot program which began in Germany during 2018, BMW's Induction Charging system is expanding to the United States. More specifically, 200 qualified BMW owners in select California markets are eligible to participate in the program. All costs associated with installation, maintenance, and de-installation of the induction charging system are paid by BMW. Customers in the following counties are potentially eligible to participate in the program: Los Angeles, Orange, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, Santa Clara, San Francisco, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Alameda, and Sonoma. Surprisingly, San Diego is absent from the eligible counties.   BMW's Induction Charging system functions via a two-part system. An Inductive Charging System (GroundPad), can be installed indoors or outdoors, and power is transferred through magnetic energy which is received by a CarPad that is installedon the under-carriage of the vehicle. MINI Cooper Electric SE Sneak Preview

During the 2019 New York City Formula E race, MINI offered a first hand look at their new Cooper SE Electric model. For those who recall the original MINI Cooper Electric model, a limited few were lucky enough to lease the vehicle when it was released back in 2008, and it served as a late-stage beta test for future BMW and MINI electric vehicles such as the ActiveE and i3. Public interest levels surrounding MINI's new electric vehicle remain high among connoisseurs and casual onlookers alike. Representatives from MINI have confirmed that the US model MINI Cooper Electric SE will operate on 94Ah batteries similar to the i3. The expected range for the new MINI will be roughly 120 to 170 miles per charge dependent on multiple factors. Although there will be only one battery configuration available, optional components, such as wheels and tires, can affect the range.
